About the Role

DuPont is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our Vespel® aerospace business. This role partners with Key Account Managers (KAMs) while managing a portfolio of aerospace customers. You will serve as a key commercial contact, helping drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.

Location: Valley View, OH

What You'll Do

Customer & Account Management

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned aerospace customers.

• Respond to pricing, RFQ, delivery, documentation, and order inquiries.

• Build strong customer relationships through responsive, solutions-focused support.

• Identify and support opportunities for account growth.

Support Strategic Accounts

• Partner with Key Account Managers to support key aerospace customers.

• Coordinate quotes, pricing requests, customer documentation, and follow-up actions.

• Help ensure timely execution of commercial activities.

Sales Operations & Commercial Execution

• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing approvals, and sales support activities.

• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and opportunity data within CRM and ERP systems.

• Support pipeline visibility and account activity tracking.

Cross-Functional Problem Solving

• Work with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues.

• Support delivery escalations, expedite requests, and documentation requirements.

• Drive timely communication and issue resolution.

Compliance & Process Excellence

• Manage customer documentation, NDAs, and commercial forms.

• Support credit and account-related processes.

• Ensure compliance with DuPont policies and business processes.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, commercial operations, customer service, or account support within a B2B environment.

• Experience with RFQs, quotations, pricing, order management, and customer support.

• Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, or similar).

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Account management experience with customer ownership responsibilities.

• Experience supporting aerospace, industrial, or technical products.

• Knowledge of pricing, quoting, and sales processes.

• Experience with opportunity management and pipeline tracking.

• Advanced Salesforce, SAP, CRM, or ERP proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
