Description
Position: Customer Service Sales Support Representative
Location: Painesville, Ohio (Eastern Cleveland Suburbs) — LOCAL
CANDIDATES ONLY — Must live within 20–30 minutes of Painesville, OH
Compensation: $40,000 – $45,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent
About the Client:
Our Client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Sales Support Representative to support customers and the sales team by delivering exceptional service, coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Assist customers with service requests and documentation
- Support sales communications and account updates
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate client records and reports
- Coordinate communication across departments
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
Required Qualifications:
- Customer service or sales support experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Insurance or financial services experience is an asset
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- LOCAL candidates only — must live within 20–30 minutes of Painesville, Ohio
