The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Housekeeping in leading the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the resort.
This role provides leadership to housekeeping supervisors, inspectors, room attendants, housepersons, and public area attendants while maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards.
The Housekeeping Manager ensures compliance with company policies, brand standards, safety regulations, and departmental productivity goals, while fostering a positive, engaged, and service-oriented team culture.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in an upscale luxury hotel or resort; or
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Inspector in a full-service upscale or luxury hotel/resort.
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing housekeeping teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality assurance standards, inventory control, labor management, scheduling, and guest service excellence.
- Experience utilizing hotel property management systems (PMS) and housekeeping technology, including platforms such as Infor -HMS, Alice, Hotel Effectiveness, Paylocity, Acumatica, ProfitSword
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction in a luxury beachfront resort environment.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as business demands require.
