Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support access activity, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or suspicious activity across the location while maintaining a visible presence.
• Support day-to-day operations at a commercial real estate location by assisting with policy enforcement, answering questions, and/or communicating with management and first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
