JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with all collected materials in an environmentally responsible way, while following all aspects of confidentiality and safety.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the process of shredding, sorting or dismantling all collected materials
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform necessary housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Participate in warehouse workflows
- Be knowledgeable of equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Follow all safety protocols as trained
- Personal protective equipment must be worn in designated areas at all times
- All other duties as assigned by the crew leader, manager or director

- Move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Move 100 pounds assisted
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must frequently pull or push two totes that can weigh up to 500 lbs each
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Ability to remain focused in busy environment.
- Courteous communication and excellent customer service
- Ability to manipulate hand tools and small objects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Production or warehouse experience preferred
- Vocational Training & Empowerment Center – 12-week Training Course
