Position: Full-Time (AM / PM / NOC)
Pay: $43.00 - $46.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Complete timely and accurate documentation of nursing care and resident progress.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to support quality outcomes.
Respond appropriately to resident needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection prevention practices.
Qualifications
Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
