Job Description:

What’s the role

Supply Chain Planning Analyst supports the integration, prioritization, and optimization of Supply Chain planning activities across planning horizons. Support and manage Demand Planning and Activity Planning translating both into visible, structured, and integrated Supply Chain plans while contributing to improved business delivery through Supply Chain organization. Act to enhance planning capabilities through demand and capacity matching, activity readiness, planning governance, performance management, and digital planning tools. Enhance transparency on risks, opportunities, constraints, trade-offs, and planning inefficiencies to enable better decision-making and optimize resource utilization, cost, safety, and operational performance

Accountabilities:

  • Support the IAPS Lead on developing the Supply Chain Integrated Demand Plan by collecting, consolidating, and making visible demand for Supply Chain resources, including materials, people, logistics resources, services, and contracts.

  • Collect and manage demand inputs through agreed tools and repositories for planning tools, ensuring data quality, visibility, and alignment with planning requirements.

  • Act as focal point for planning tools, supporting updates, improvements, access, training, data accuracy, and adoption of systems such as SCAPE, STAR and Planning tools.

  • Manage activity readiness with activity owners, supporting frozen window discipline and ensuring activities are sufficiently matured before execution or handover to the next planning horizon.

  • Coordinate VST meetings following up with action owners to drive timely closure and support plan execution.

  • Support preparation of planning forums (VST, ST, MT, Wells IAP, SC Connect and others).

  • Monitor planning performance through KPIs, including demand plan versus actual, demand change statistics, capacity forecast accuracy, activity readiness, and root cause analysis for deviations or inefficiencies.

  • Support change management for demand and activity plan changes, including break-ins, ensuring proper visibility, approval, communication, and minimum disruption to business and Supply Chain delivery.

  • Maintain visibility of available Supply Chain resources, including capacity constraints, availability, utilization, and cost, to support optimization, right sizing, and better allocation of shared resources.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning governance, process, ways of working, planning tools, digital planning, and waste reduction opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with Supply Chain Delivery, Commercial, Logistics, Materials Management, Operations, Wells, Projects, Maintenance, and other functional stakeholders to ensure plans are integrated, realistic, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Perform planning activities in compliance with applicable Supply Chain, IAPS, MSC, AMS/SEAM frameworks, standards, recommended practices, and planning guidelines.

  • Support creation of Capacity Plans, highlighting capacity constraints, risks, opportunities, mitigations, and potential trade-off options to support Asset business plans and critical milestones.

What you bring

  • Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than the current employer

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields

  • At least one year of Supply Chain experience is preferred

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, with focus on planning, demand management, capacity planning, segmentation techniques, and value delivery through early demand visibility

  • Ability to understand business activities, interpret operational and functional demand, and translate this into Supply Chain demand and capacity plans that balance cost, service level, safety, and business priorities

  • Demonstrate the ability to apply technology and work with different demand planning tools

  • Able to manage and analyze significant amounts of data to provide transparency of financial impacts of inefficiencies

  • Understand and apply use of analytics and process indicators to drive continuous improvement

  • Be an effective and clear communicator able to engage and manage conflicts in a sensible, fair and efficient manner

  • Able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the business and influence without authority

  • Be a creative thinker, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and challenging the status quo

  • Strong continuous improvement mindset
