1. Role Summary
The Senior Total Rewards Partner is part of the global Total Rewards team. This role
combines local market ownership (Poland) with support for global functions (e.g.,
Finance, IT, Commercial, Corporate Functions).
2. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex Total Rewards projects such as compensation structures
and frameworks
- Support global People initiatives
- Provide day-to-day advisory on salary, grading, and rewards topics
- Participate in regional and global HR forums
