Bring structure to complex data and shape the future of digital rehabilitation.
Caspar Health is the digital rehabilitation clinic with the vision of giving every patient access to the most effective rehabilitation treatment anywhere at any time. We provide individual, digital therapy combined with personal care from therapeutic healthcare professionals.
To elevate our data infrastructure and product analytics capabilities, we are expanding our Data Analytics! In this role, you are much more than a traditional BI analyst - you act as the central bridge between business, product, and tech teams. You turn ambiguous requests into well-defined data models, pioneer AI-supported workflows and help build our analytical foundation from the ground up.
Your Challenges
Problem Framing & Alignment: Translating ambiguous business, product, or operational requests into clear metrics, decision-ready problems and actionable recommendations
Product Analytics Foundations: Designing reusable domain models, semantic logic, data sources, and KPI definitions from scratch
Decision-Ready Dashboards: Building focused, reliable data visualisations in Tableau to support business-critical processes and decisions
AI & Workflow Automation: Designing and piloting AI-supported workflows (using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or n8n) to streamline analysis, coding and QA processes
Stakeholder Partnership: Challenging assumptions constructively while acting as a project-managing bridge between product, sales, and operations teams
Data Quality & Governance: Resolving complex analytical data, source-system and business-logic issues at their root cause within a regulated health-tech setup
Your Profile
Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar analytical role
SQL Expertise: Strong practical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake or dbt preferred)
Data Visualisation: Proven track record in designing clear, decision-ready dashboards and metric frameworks (Tableau preferred)
AI Tooling & Automation: Active experience or strong openness toward leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to optimize analytical workflows
Stakeholder Translation: Excellent communication skills to explain findings, limitations, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Structured Thinking & Ownership: Independent problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving projects to completion, and upholding high data quality standards
