Job Description
Independently processes high-volume outgoing money movement transactions in a fast-paced operational environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and consistent performance. Executes routine transaction requests with minimal supervision while ensuring seamless end-to-end processing. Collaborates with internal and external business partners to research, resolve, and communicate transaction issues in a timely manner. Maintains strict adherence to industry regulations, operational procedures, and compliance requirements, consistently delivering quality results and supporting operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Independently process high-volume outgoing money movement transactions in a fast-paced operational environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistent performance.
- Execute routine transaction requests with minimal supervision while maintaining seamless end-to-end processing.
- Partner with internal and external business partners to investigate, resolve, and communicate transaction-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and operational procedures while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Contribute to operational excellence by meeting productivity, quality, and service-level goals in a high-volume environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to enhance processes, controls, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school or GED.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
- Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience.
- Ability to research and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven transaction-based environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail including demonstrated ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing situation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to understand and communicate complex issues.
- Product-specific or financial services industry experience.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $44,400.00 - 66,600.00/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
