Senior Adobe Campaign Engineer - Martech

ABOUT THE JOB
The Senior Adobe Campaign Classic Engineer under Marketing Technology is a part of the cloud journey and migration of Adobe Campaign Classic to Adobe Campaign Managed Services and Journey Optimiser. The characteristics include being versatile, displaying leadership qualities, enthusiasm to take on new problems and the aptitude to develop as an Implementation Specialist for Marketing Technology.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide the technical leadership to drive Digital Marketing, Measurement and Insights across the enterprise in a well architected Marketing technology ecosystem
• Solution Design, Peer Reviews.
• Support the ongoing rollout of enterprise digital measurement by working with projects and stakeholders to identify business, technical, and reporting requirements.
• Gather and document business, technical and reporting requirements that drive the metrics architecture for enterprise implementations
• Collaborate with technical development/ technology teams for the implementation of big data capture techniques
• Analyse data and provide recommendations to increase website conversion rates, meet/exceed channel sales targets, visitor engagement and site satisfaction.
• Create meaningful dashboards and reports that help stakeholders achieve their business objectives
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements & solutions
• Write well designed & high-quality testable code
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• We need you to show the right attitude. Be ready to quickly learn new things, adapt, innovate and work with a complex platform.
• You will have to demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, an eye for process improvement and the necessary leadership to mentor your peers in providing the best service to our stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in product knowledge in Adobe Campaign Classic
• Strong skills in using XML, Java, Javascript
• Understanding of best practice implementations for marketing campaign communications systems
• Cloud hosting, AWS preferred
• Microservices knowledge preferred
• CI/CD tools, Jenkins preferred
• Working with other disciplines such as Architecture & Solution design
• Agile development practices
• Rally, Confluence and git
• Knowledge of a DevOps culture, supporting the code that you write
