CDL-A OTR / Regional Truck Driver | $75,000 – $85,000 Annual Average
- 1. Earnings & Sign-On Bonus
- Earn annualized earnings between $75,000 and $85,000 (averaging $1,450 to $1,600 per week).
- Collect a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid out across your first 6 months.
- Experience-based CPM structure ranging from $0.54 to $0.60 CPM, plus $15 per stop, layover pay, and detention pay.
- 2. Route & Freight Details
- Haul dry van freight (primarily paper products with occasional backhauls) originating and ending in Terre Haute, IN.
- Delivery states include the Midwest, TX, FL, GA, TN, and CO.
- Average 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week with 2–3 stops per load. Assist with load straps/bars and guide pallets while store associates pull them off.
- 3. Schedule & Home Time
- Enjoy predictable home time every 2 weeks (take your reset at home, then run a backhaul to Terre Haute), or stay out longer to earn 1 day home for every week out.
- Open availability required for days, nights, and weekends.
- 4. Equipment & Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
- Must be able to handle light unloading assistance and meet driver screening requirements.
