Inside Sales Phone Representative (Roofing)

Company: The best roofing company of its kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. A 30-year-old, family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding, and gutters.
Position: Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)
This position works closely with the Sales Manager to assist customers and support the sales process. The role includes handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, completing paperwork, and introducing customers to additional roofing services and options.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contact homeowners to secure additional information or paperwork needed
• Schedule inspections as needed
• Provide customer service and deal with any issues or problems related to sales
• Present additional products, upgrades, or services when needed
Required Skills:
• Strong phone sales, customer service and admin skills, Roofing Industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain products and services clearly
• Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
