MC Truck Driver - Linehaul & Freight Transport
Location: Gracemere, QLD

The Role

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of freight while ensuring compliance with all road transport, safety, and fatigue management requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing pick-ups and deliveries in accordance with operational schedules and customer requirements
• Safely operating a range of automatic and manual heavy vehicles
• Conducting thorough pre-start and vehicle safety inspections
• Ensuring freight is loaded, restrained, and transported in line with company and safety requirements
• Correctly using load restraint equipment, including straps and chains were required
• Following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Reporting hazards, near misses, incidents, and safety concerns in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance requirements
• Contributing to a positive team culture with a strong commitment to safety and customer service

What You'll Bring

• Current and unrestricted MC Licence
• Experience in linehaul, interstate, or general freight operations

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use handheld scanning/delivery technology.
• A strong commitment to safety and safe driving practices.
• Reliability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced parcel environment.
