This role supports our focus on operational excellence and sustainability by ensuring materials are received, processed, and made ready for blending in alignment with food safety, quality, and system demands. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, technical accuracy, and a mind for continuous improvement while working collaboratively across manufacturing, planning, and supplier communication. In joining Coca‑Cola’s Auburndale production facility, you will contribute to the heartbeat of the supply chain—helping create beverage experiences that reach millions every day.

  • Receive and offload juice and sugar tankers safely and efficiently while monitoring pipeline flow into designated silos for production use.
  • Perform all required quality and food‑safety checks to confirm material integrity and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Use automated and manual systems to record and control raw ingredient data, silo levels, and batch readiness for blending.

  • Communicate with planning teams and suppliers to verify delivery schedules, materials acceptance, and production readiness.
  • Prepare and clean equipment, lines, and silos per cleaning protocols and scheduled production transitions.
  • Coordinate with blending operators and production teams to ensure alignment of raw ingredient supply and pasteurization timing.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to protect people, products, and equipment.
  • Collaborate across functions to troubleshoot material flow issues, improve process efficiency, and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Adapt to changing production demands while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork and quality performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing, food/beverage, or production plant environment with exposure to material receiving or blending operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use and navigate computer systems for data input, silo management, and inventory tracking.
  • Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation procedures, and cleanliness standards required in a production environment.
  • Ability to multi‑task across activities and respond effectively to process changes or production priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to performing quality checks and documenting results accurately.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and automated equipment used for liquid handling, pump systems, or tanker unloading preferred.
  • Effective communication skills to partner with internal teams and external suppliers in a professional and solution‑oriented manner.
  • Capability to work safely within confined, noisy, or fast‑paced environments using proper protective equipment.
  • Willingness to work in a team setting, contribute to continuous improvement discussions, and build strong collaboration across shifts.

What We’ll Do for You

  • Provide hands‑on learning in manufacturing operations, equipment use, and food safety management systems.
  • Enable skill development through on‑the‑job training and technical support focused on production accuracy and efficiency.
  • Offer opportunities to participate in cross‑functional projects that enhance operational sustainability and process reliability.
  • Support your growth through access to Coca‑Cola’s diverse manufacturing network, promoting career progression in production and materials handling roles.
