As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from user interfaces to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The work environment encourages adopting new technologies and methodologies, focusing on cloud-first strategies and agile practices to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services to design scalable and resilient systems.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies to streamline deployment processes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to enhance development efficiency.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to full stack development.
- Understanding of security best practices to ensure robust and secure application architecture.
