Georgia Banking Company is seeking a Front Office Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Buckhead, GA located at 1776 Peachtree Street NW Atlanta, GA 30309. We are a locally based community bank on an expansion journey, striving to be "Bank of Choice" through our values of relationships, service, and expertise.
This is a high visibility position to support the CEO with meeting preparation and ensure our guests, clients, and partners are warmly welcomed.
Key responsibilities include:
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years in a front-office or administrative support role in a professional environment, ideally within financials services
- Experience with meeting logistics and/or presentation preparation for senior executives
- Microsoft Teams Office suite skills including Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with ease
- Must maintain a professional presence and friendly demeanor with the ability to engage with employees, clients, and candidates at all levels
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt as needs change
- A college degree is preferred
- Available to work Mon-Fri 8a-4p with a commitment to punctuality.
