This is an excellent opportunity for a law student interested in GDPR, privacy compliance, and corporate legal work who wants to build practical skills and gain insight into how data protection is managed in a real business environment.
What You'll Do
As a Legal Trainee, you will support the Data Protection team in its day-to-day activities and contribute to ongoing privacy and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with experienced team members, gain exposure to real-life data protection matters, and learn how privacy requirements are implemented within a global technology company.
Responsibilities
- Support the Data Protection team with administrative and operational activities.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of legal and compliance documentation.
- Maintain records, trackers, and documentation related to privacy and data protection activities.
- Collect and organize information required for internal privacy reviews, assessments, and projects.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal materials.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing privacy and compliance initiatives.
- Assist with document management and ensure records are accurately maintained.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as assigned by the manager.
What We´re Looking For
- Law student with at least one year of university studies completed.
- Interest in data protection, privacy law, GDPR, or compliance.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Willingness to learn and develop legal and compliance knowledge.
- Proactive and reliable approach to assigned responsibilities.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of GDPR or privacy regulations.
- Previous internship , part-timr job or other work experience in a legal, compliance, or administrative environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance.
We offer flexible working hours, we will tailor the working hours to your study schedule.
Basic wage component (brutto): 8 - 10 EUR/hour, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
