Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join the Primary Markets Marketing team in Paris. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Partnerships for Primary Markets and act as the key marketing partner for the French, Portuguese and Spanish Listing team.
You will translate business priorities into impactful marketing initiatives supporting companies throughout their equity financing journey—from initial consideration of capital markets and pre-IPO preparation to listing and post-IPO visibility.
You will contribute to positioning Euronext as the leading venue for equity financing in Europe, promoting the benefits of an IPO among entrepreneurs and decision-makers, strengthening the visibility of newly listed companies, and engaging the wider financial and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution: Define and implement the Primary Markets marketing plan in France, Portugal & Spain, in line with local business objectives and Euronext’s broader pan-European strategy. Work closely with the Listing sales team to translate commercial priorities into targeted marketing initiatives designed to raise awareness of equity financing, identify prospective issuers, generate qualified leads and support companies throughout the IPO decision-making process.
- Events and Business Development Initiatives: Design and deliver high-impact events and business-development initiatives targeting private companies and listed companies. Take ownership of project management, programme development, speaker and partner coordination, budgets, timelines, promotion and post-event follow-up. Develop relevant formats addressing topics such as access to equity financing, IPO preparation, market conditions, investor expectations and the experience of recently listed companies.
- Pre-IPO Programmes Management: Lead the end-to-end management and promotion of Euronext’s pre-IPO and educational programmes in France, Portugal & Spain, including initiatives designed for executives and shareholders of private companies considering capital-markets financing.
- Content and Digital Marketing: Define and implement a content and digital marketing strategy promoting Euronext’s equity financing solutions, new listings and listed-company success stories. Develop compelling and accessible content to make complex capital-markets topics relevant to entrepreneurs and business leaders. Activate the most effective channels, including CRM, social media, web content, newsletters and targeted acquisition campaigns.
- New Listings Visibility: Develop communication and marketing initiatives around IPOs and new listings, in close coordination with issuers, internal teams and external stakeholders. Maximise the visibility of newly listed companies at key stages of their journey, from the announcement and first trading day to subsequent corporate milestones, while showcasing the diversity and attractiveness of Euronext’s issuer community.
- External Partnerships Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Euronext’s capital-markets ecosystem, including investment banks, advisers, professional associations, public institutions and entrepreneurial networks. Define joint action plans, develop co-branded content and events, coordinate partner contributions and ensure long-term engagement and value creation for all parties.
- Sponsorships and Strategic Initiatives: Manage Euronext’s participation in relevant external events, sponsorships and market initiatives. Assess opportunities according to their strategic relevance, and contribution to Euronext’s positioning, negotiate partnerships, optimise visibility and deliverables.
- Budget and Team Management: Allocate and monitor the marketing and partnerships budget, ensuring that investments are aligned with strategic and commercial priorities. Manage and develop a team of three, setting clear objectives, coordinating workloads and supporting individual growth.
Skills required:
- At least seven years’ experience in marketing, business development or communications, ideally within financial services, capital markets, professional services or the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and in an international environment.
- Team Management: Previous experience in managing a team, with the ability to set priorities, delegate effectively and support individual development.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management, campaign performance tools and AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Experience in developing integrated campaigns, executive-level events, thought-leadership content and external partnerships.
- Excellent analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Creativity combined with strong project-management capabilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent English and French, with the ability to work effectively in a pan-European environment. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Autonomous, proactive and comfortable suggesting and implementing new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
