The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Financial Analysis Manager, Boeing Global Services – Government (BGS-G) based out of Mesa, Arizona.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of estimates-at-completion (EACS) for international BGS-G programs. Your leadership will ensure seamless financial integration across platforms, facilitating interaction between Boeing Defense Australia (BDA), Boeing Defense United Kingdom (BDUK), and other foreign governments. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of analysts, collaborating with engineering teams and program leaders to align financial objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees performing Estimates at Completion, budget development, financial forecasting, business case development and risk, financial and competitive analyses
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
- 3+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
