- Facilitate marketing cadences, including Marketing Council, Customer Impact Team, monthly business reviews, and team meetings.
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, meeting agendas, and decision documentation for stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Improve processes, templates, tools, and operating practices that enable marketing teams to plan further ahead and execute more consistently.
- Drive follow-through across project contributors through clear communication, influence, and accountability.
What You'll Bring
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing projects, workflows, timelines, and deliverables.

- Knowledge of marketing processes, agency workflows, and integrated campaign execution.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of leadership.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and create alignment among partners with competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
- Ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and help teams adopt new tools or ways of working.
- Business acumen and the ability to connect marketing activities to broader business and customer objectives.
