Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Access Services in Flower Mound, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, verify credentials, and support a professional, secure environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and respond to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, managing access in accordance with site procedures, and directing individuals to appropriate departments or services.
• Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor records and/or sign-in processes, and report unusual activity, access concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or site leadership when appropriate.
• Assist with communications, phone inquiries, and administrative support related to security-related operations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
