Health Segment Manager | NHS & Healthcare Transformation
London, United Kingdom | £50,000–£60,000/year
You’ll lead transformation projects across the NHS and wider UK health sector, managing delivery teams, senior stakeholders, and complex workstreams from initiation through completion. Your work will help clients improve performance, implement technology, and deliver measurable change across healthcare organizations.
The role combines healthcare consulting, transformation delivery, and business development within an international consulting environment, with opportunities to shape health-sector offerings and contribute to thought leadership.

What You’ll Do
• Lead healthcare transformation projects and manage delivery teams or workstreams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior health-sector stakeholders and act as a key client contact.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including technical specialists, to deliver client solutions.
• Apply healthcare data and analytical models to support client objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Support proposals, client presentations, opportunity development, and intelligence gathering.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to health-sector service offerings and thought leadership.
What You’ll Need
• Approximately 4–8 years of NHS/health-sector consulting or operational delivery experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams or workstreams and delivering quality outcomes.
• Experience in project or program management within consulting.
• Experience in operational and performance improvement.
• Experience delivering technology implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with finance and cost improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
