We are hiring CDL-A Company Drivers within approximately 50 miles of Thomson, GA 30824 for a dedicated delivery position.

PAY & COMPENSATION

• $0.48 per mile
• $1,300 weekly minimum during first year
• $1,400 weekly minimum after one year
• Approximately $67,600 annual minimum first year
• Approximately $72,800 annual minimum after one year
• $20 per stop
• $500 new-hire bonus, paid on the second paycheck
• Approximately 1,800–2,000 miles per week

Important: Weekly minimum pay requires completion of the full workweek. Sick or vacation days can void the weekly minimum guarantee.

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• Tuesday through Saturday
• Dispatch typically between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM
• Approximately 8–13 hour workdays
• Sundays and Mondays off
• Home approximately 2–3 additional times during the week
• 1–2 layovers per week are required
• Drivers must be comfortable with night driving

THE JOB

This is a dedicated delivery position operating throughout portions of the Southeast.

• Routes throughout Georgia, Alabama, Southern South Carolina and Florida
• Florida service includes the Ocala/Lakeland area
• Approximately 16–25 unloads per week
• Inside store deliveries
• Electric pallet jacks provided for unloading
• Manual pallet jack used as backup
• Very few backhauls
• Routes and schedules may vary

EQUIPMENT

• 2020 Freightliner Cascadia
• Automatic transmissions
• Sleeper and day cab equipment
• Tandem-axle tractors
• 48' and 53' dry van trailers
• Lift-gate trailers
• Trucks governed at approximately 65 MPH

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• HazMat endorsement required
• Must live within approximately 50 miles of Thomson, GA 30824
• Must be comfortable driving at night
• Must be able to perform inside deliveries
• Must be comfortable operating an electric pallet jack
• Must accept 1–2 layovers per week
• No pets
• No passengers
