Description
Odessa, the Permian pays well until the rigs slow down. This fleet runs steady freight across 27 states east of Colorado, stays out of the Northeast, and trains new CDL holders from day one.
Pay
- $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross depending on experience
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after solo dispatch
- $15 stop pay plus monthly performance bonus
- 1,800 to 2,400 miles a week
The Freight
- Everything east of Denver except the Northeast
- Drop and hook plus live loads and unloads
- Home every 2 weeks
- Riders and pets allowed after training
Training That Pays
- New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
- 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
- $800 weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
- Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Military experience considered with a valid DD214
- Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
