The Strategy Finance Business Partner provides strategic, analytical, and tactical financial support to the Project GM and EMEA Strategy leader. The position oversees all financial aspects of the E33 Project and leads the Strategic Plan preparation for EMEA on an Annual basis in addition to the monthly progress tracking of Strategic Initiatives.
## What you’ll do:
- Oversee the overall E33 Project financials and reporting by working close to Project VP/GM providing the financial and operational analysis, and partner with other project workstreams in achieving objectives including Audit process.
- Drive financial process and systems improvements to insure the integrity of financial results and to improve efficiencies.
- Partner with Strategy team and Strategic Initiatives owners to translate strategic priorities into robust financial plans, investment choices, and measurable value-creation targets.
- Lead the regional strategic planning process, integrating long-range targets with profit plans, forecasts, and monthly performance governance.
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases for growth initiatives, capital investments, portfolio decisions, and evolving business models.
- Track strategic initiatives and regional performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional finance support across business units and corporate teams, ensuring consistent assumptions, strong financial controls, and one reliable view of performance.
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or business and/or CPA/CMA
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Strategy
- Experienced in financial modelling capability, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, valuation, and investment appraisal.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
- SAP knowledge is a must.
## Skills:
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards, and financial reporting standards.
- Sound knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in business-case development for capital expenditure, strategic initiatives, pricing, and evolving business models.
- Strong understanding of profit-and-loss, balance-sheet, cash-flow, and working-capital drivers.
- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning and planning platforms, including SAP and Oracle Planning or equivalent systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis, with practical knowledge of Power BI or comparable business-intelligence tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing, sourcing, supply-chain, and operational performance measures within a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of regional finance considerations across EMEA, including tax, treasury, statutory, audit, and currency implications.
- Demonstrates professional presence, communicates articulately.
