Must be a US Citizen or GC
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our enterprise technology team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and modernization of high-impact software systems, cloud-based applications, and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
Operating in a collaborative, hybrid work environment (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-office), you will partner directly with business leaders to translate complex operational needs into scalable, secure, and data-driven applications. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Microsoft-stack engineer passionate about integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise analytics into core business operations.

### Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Software Engineering: Architect, build, test, and deploy robust web, desktop, and cloud solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server to support mission-critical workflows including Document Management, Billing, CRM, and Matter Management.
- AI & Emerging Technologies: Design and implement next-generation AI-enabled applications, leveraging LLMs, AI agents, Generative AI APIs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to automate workflows, build predictive analytics, and surface insights from enterprise Data Lakehouses.
- Integration & Cloud Solutions: Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs and data interfaces to integrate internal platforms with third-party software, Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Graph API), and Microsoft Azure.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical lead across project lifecycles, establishing coding standards, mentoring development team members, leading code reviews, and evaluating AI-assisted developer productivity tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with internal stakeholders, business analysts, and vendors to gather requirements, deliver custom tools (including Power Platform and Office automation), and modernize legacy systems.

### Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on professional software development experience across the Microsoft technology stack; 2–3 years of direct experience integrating or developing AI-enabled and Generative AI solutions is strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Stack Proficiency: Advanced expertise in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, schema design, query optimization, and troubleshooting).
- Web & API Development: Strong proficiency with modern web standards (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON) and designing RESTful APIs and web services.
- AI & Data Capabilities: Demonstrated practical experience leveraging LLMs, Generative AI services, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, or predictive analytics.
- DevOps & Architecture: Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and modern software design patterns.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of bridging technical solutions with business goals in professional services, legal, healthcare, or corporate environments.
