Join our dynamic and motivated ServiceNow team and help us implement risk and business continuity processes across Erste Group. Our ServiceNow platform is a strategic enterprise platform with more than 20,000 users and continues to grow in both scale and capability. We are looking for someone with a solid ServiceNow foundation who wants to develop further in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and Business Continuity Management (BCM). You do not need to arrive as a risk-management expert. What matters is that you understand ServiceNow, enjoy translating requirements into working platform solutions, and are motivated to become knowledgeable in risk, governance and business continuity processes.
What to do:
Understand business requirements and user stories related to IRM/GRC and BCM and translate them into effective ServiceNow implementations.
Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with experienced platform and risk-management colleagues.
Work with product owners, business analysts and subject-matter experts to clarify requirements and find pragmatic solutions.
Support testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of implemented risk and business continuity processes.
Use your existing ServiceNow knowledge while progressively developing deeper expertise in ServiceNow IRM, GRC and BCM capabilities.
Contribute to the quality, maintainability and long-term development of a ServiceNow platform used by more than 20,000 users across Erste Group.
