Profile for success
- You can point to recent work in a formal, collaborative Business Analysis environment.
- You have elicited, modelled and documented requirements that others could build and test.
- You are comfortable facilitating conversations across business, product, development and testing teams.
- You have supported UAT or solution validation and can explain how defects, gaps or changing needs were handled.
- You work effectively in an Agile or Scrum environment and bring care to analysis, documentation and follow-through.
