Position : Senior Sales & Account Manager (Strong hunter!!!!)

Salary: Neg + petrol card

Own transport essential

Area: The successful candidate will be responsible for the Western Cape and Northern Cape

Region. It is a remote role and there is no physical office to report to as HQ is in Pta.

 

Our client is a leading provider of fleet management and asset tracking solutions. They partner

with truck OEM dealerships, resellers, and fleet operators to improve efficiency, reduce

costs, and drive sustainability.

They are looking for a driven, organised, and self-sufficient Senior Sales & Account Manager

and strong hunter to expand their market presence and deliver exceptional service to our

partners and customers.

This role already has a strong client base and is a 50/50 split between account management and

hunting.

Very stable work environment with super low staff turnover.

 

Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage key accounts with OEM dealerships, resellers, and

end customers.

• Achieve sales targets through solution selling and long-term relationship building.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with proactive support, after-sales service, and strategic

account management.

• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and CRM records.

 

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years’ proven sales and account management experience in telematics, fleet

management, or automotive solutions.

• Strong existing network in truck OEM dealerships/resellers.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Highly driven, organised, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel and manage multiple priorities.
