$49,920 - $64,480 annually | Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Roundhouse is hiring a Training Coordinator to help bring our learning and development programs to life across a multifamily portfolio of more than 10,000 units. You’ll run training logistics, manage our LMS and content library, support onboarding, and help facilitate sessions that build stronger property teams. The role includes a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount.
You make great training happen.
You’re the reason every session starts on time, every new hire has what they need on day one, and every resource is exactly where it should be. You love the details, you’re comfortable in front of a room (or ready to grow into it), and you get real satisfaction from watching people get better at their jobs. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
