Requirements:

• Valid Virginia Optician license or American Board of Opticianry (ABO) certification required (at least one is strongly preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of optical sales or dispensing experience
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience working in a retail or healthcare team environment
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members
• Availability to work weekdays between 9am and 7pm
