Job Description

Reporting directly to the Commercial and Accounts Director (APAC), based in Singapore, this individual plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic business decisions through forecasting, data, and insightful market analysis, providing modelling and recommendations to senior leadership at both the regional and global level, and working closely with cross-functional commercial and operations teams, to optimize the growth of the business. Your geographical responsibility will be nominated by the Commercial and Accounts Director and will change from time to time.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

•   Take ownership of the overall regional sales target allocated to you

•   Contribute to both the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations.

•   Shape and implement business development plans and strategies across the APAC region

 

Your key attributes and skills:

• Become an expert on our products and value proposition
• Willingness to travel on short notice
• Willingness to go beyond just closing the deal and hitting targets. Focused on how to best address customers' biggest needs to develop a long-term relationship.

 

Ideally, you should also have;

•   A track record for exceptional performance in a constantly changing, ambiguous environment, and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success selling complex solutions to multiple senior stakeholders within the sector.

•   Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

•   Minimum 15 years of commercial working experience; preferably with high-value engineered solutions.

•   Experience in field sales and have in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationships

•   Proven track record of achieving results as a People Manager, leading a team of sales professionals in the airport and parcel industry.
