Description
ITP Sport, part of ITP Media Group, delivers sports events and experiences, including Spartan and Tough Mudder. We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our team with event planning, logistics and project administration.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports event management, working with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to help deliver successful events.
Key Responsibilities
Support event planning, coordination and on-site operations, including setup and breakdown.
Assist with event logistics, supplier coordination and resource management.
Support permit applications, approvals and event-related documentation.
Track project timelines, deadlines and outstanding tasks to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and follow-ups.
Assist with general administrative tasks, scheduling and record-keeping.
Requirements
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in sports, events or project management is an advantage.
