About the Role

该岗位将负责提供有效数据分析支持，以支持业务需求。

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 支持全渠道产品、服务、客户的日常业务报告与数据分析，赋能业务部门追踪、复盘与优化；
• 评估分析客户多维度数据，挖掘潜在问题和机会，支撑业务决策；
• 负责复杂客户活动的名单抽取、业绩追踪和活动复盘分析等；
• 负责客户数据专题分析，赋能业务部门挖掘机会提升业务价值；
• 探究用户行为习惯，赋能客户交互平台的设计优化和客户经营策略优化；
• 根据业务需求，搭建可视化BI报表，赋能业务部门自主分析，赋能各项指标的达成。
  

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 本科以上学历，专业为计算机、工程、统计或数学类；
• 5年以上数据统计和分析相关工作经验；
• 5年以上SQL编程经验，有Python经验者优先；
• 熟练使用BI工具（如QuickBI、Tableau等）、Excel、Powerpoint；
• 做事认真、细致、高效、有较强的抗压能力。
