AI Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between finance and technology within a dynamic, highly regulated environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation, optimise financial processes and deliver innovative systems solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective systems solutions and functional specifications.
• Evaluate existing systems, identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Configure, implement and support Oracle EBS R12 applications across finance and procurement functions.
• Lead application projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
• Collaborate with senior financial stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Develop systems documentation, facilitate training and support the rollout of new solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Business or Systems Analysis.
• Proven Oracle EBS R12 implementation, configuration and support experience.
• Strong financial knowledge and experience interpreting financial statements.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and e-Business Tax.
• Familiarity with Trade Marketing, Subledger Accounting, GLWand and Report Wand.
• Proven systems design, project management and business process optimisation experience.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational, facilitation and training capabilities, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
