Job Description Summary

As a MFG Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical planning, leadership, and execution required to meet business objectives within budget. This includes, but is not limited to, short- and medium-term capacity planning, automation and AI enablement, equipment performance improvement, operational excellence, organizational development, talent management, and leadership development. The role is expected to leverage advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital manufacturing solutions to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, and workforce effectiveness while building a high-performing and engaged organization.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Work with Equipment team to drive equipment performance continual improvements. Work with the Process Engineering and IE to assess and audit the capacity of each workstation in the strategic and tactical timeframe, identify increased throughput opportunities as well as risks to meet Cycle Time

and Business Plan goals. Develop action plans to enhance opportunities and mitigate risks.

Work with PIE and SIC team on new technology node and new part types line readiness matrix. Work with HVM/ADTT PEE and EE on area constraint management/improvements (dynamic constraints) . Work with OI team on area MAS scheduling, automation, line management systems and successfully roll out to the shift team. Work with Engineering team on tool qualification, release and install requirements, and maintenance priorities. Work with PIE yield improvement and quality. Work closely with other departments to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships. Develop organization resource plans, training plans and business processes within organization operation to meet Business Plan.

AI & Digital Manufacturing Leadership

• Drive the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and digital manufacturing technologies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, cycle time, equipment utilization, and decision-making quality.
• Partner with Automation, Data Science, Engineering, and IT organizations to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable business impact.
• Foster a data-driven culture by leveraging real-time manufacturing data, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to improve fab performance and operational excellence.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including smart scheduling, autonomous manufacturing systems, predictive maintenance, productivity optimization, and intelligent decision support capabilities.
• Ensure teams effectively apply AI, automation, and digital tools while maintaining operational rigor, governance, and manufacturing quality standards.

People Leadership & Organizational Development

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing organization through clear direction, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Establish a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
• Drive workforce capability development, including technical competency, leadership skills, digital literacy, and AI readiness to support future manufacturing strategies.
• Lead organizational change management efforts related to business growth, technology transformation, automation deployment, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to ensure long-term organizational sustainability and leadership continuity.
• Promote employee engagement, safety, well-being, and career development while maintaining a high-performance culture aligned with what we value.
