Registered Nurse (RN) – Colonial Vista Post Acute

What you’ll do

• Assess residents and plan, carry out and review their care
• Pass medications and treatments, and manage IVs, wound care and other skilled needs
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on your shift
• Spot changes in condition early and work with physicians and the care team
• Keep clear, accurate documentation in the EHR
• Partner with residents and families on their care and recovery

What you’ll need

• Current Washington RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment, good communication and a team-first attitude
• Skilled nursing, post-acute or long-term care experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!
