Insurance Broking Claims Manager

Our Client, a local Insurance Broker company is looking for a Claims Manager to join their growing team, leading time claims operations, and drive excellence across personal and commercial lines.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end processing for commercial and personal lines, ensuring swift and equitable claim settlements.
• Guide and upskill a small claims team, establishing clear goals while aligning operations with regional branch managers.
• Optimize claims workflows and service benchmarks to streamline daily operations and minimize leakage.
• Generate actionable reports on claims volume, reserves, resolution speeds, team output, and escalated complaints.
• Build strong ties with local/overseas insurers, loss adjusters, legal counsel, and clients to secure swift, fair settlements.
• Ensure full adherence to Maltese/EU insurance regulations, data protection laws, and strict internal service benchmarks.
• Partner with broking, underwriting support, and finance teams to continuously elevate the customer experience.
