Senior Sales Manager, ICE Mortgage Technology

Job Description

Job Purpose

The Sales Senior Manager will lead a team of sales professionals focused on growing existing clients.  This individual will manage a team responsible for selling products and/or services, managing relationships within existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, account retention, and continued revenue growth and profitability, and work closely with product and marketing to bring the right solutions to the right clients.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and holding the team accountable to them
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline to cross sell and retain clients
• Partner with product, marketing and client success to ensure clients get full value from our platforms
• Forecast accurately and report on pipeline health, deal progression and team performance to senior leadership

 

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• 7+ years of sales experience in financial services, fintech or enterprise SaaS
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota — both personally and through a team
• Strong understanding of the entire mortgage lifecycle data and technology solutions
• The ability to build relationships at multiple levels, from practitioners to C-suite
• Clear, confident communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, and capabilities

 

Preferred

• Salesforce or other CRM tool experience
• Experience working in a metrics-based environment with the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Highly experienced in negotiation and ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• In-depth understanding of the sales process
• Excellent follow-up skills in all areas of sales cycle
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management both internal and client facing

 

Schedule

• Preferred Atlanta or Jacksonville location
• Travel can be up to 50%
