What you'll do
• Order Processing: Handle incoming products from the paint line, ensuring correct quantities, part transactions, and customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Conduct daily and monthly system-generated inventories, maintain storage areas, and manage supplies within the department to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Enter data, print and apply labels on products, and write reports to maintain accurate records of all orders and transactions.
• Technical Support: Install locks on parts and learn to troubleshoot issues with robotic equipment to support production continuity.
• Physical Requirements: Walk and stand approximately 75% of the day, sit at a computer 25% of the day, frequently climb stairs, bend, reach, and occasionally lift items up to 75 pounds.
• Shipping & Receiving: Safely transport and organize castings within the warehouse using a forklift, prepare shipments, verify quantities, and generate packing slips and shipping labels to ensure accuracy.

What you'll bring
Must-haves:
• High school diploma or GED
• Good reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience with Oracle or similar inventory management systems
• Forklift operation skills or certification
• Basic troubleshooting skills for robotic or automated equipment
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
