Position Summary...
Role summary: The Senior Manager, Project Management leads portfolio management and coordinated execution of transformation initiatives. The role provides visibility across the portfolio, connects related workstreams, and keeps owners aligned to priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and expected outcomes. This role serves as the central coordination point across automation, Digital Accountant, governance, product, technology, and business. The role creates the structure, operating rhythm, and follow-through needed to keep the portfolio moving and provide leadership with a clear view of progress, issues, decisions, and value. Success requires strong portfolio and program management, disciplined execution, executive communication, judgment, and the ability to drive accountability and influence.About the team:
The AI Transformation and Controls team partners across Finance, Product, Technology, and Enterprise Business Services to automate accounting processes, improve productivity, strengthen controls, and improve the associate experience. The team manages a portfolio that includes automation, AI-enabled solutions, Digital Accountant capabilities, governance, process improvement, and related transformation efforts. Project Management connects those efforts through integrated planning, governance, dependency management, portfolio reporting, and escalation.
What you'll do...
- Manage the integrated transformation portfolio across automation, governance, product, technology, and business workstreams.
- Build portfolio plans with clear owners, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and expected benefits.
- Drive practical governance, including intake, prioritization, status reviews, escalation, decision tracking, and follow-up.
- Partner with workstream owners to maintain visibility, resolve dependencies, remove blockers, and sustain accountability.
- Prepare concise executive updates, portfolio reviews, recommendations, and decision materials.
- Improve portfolio tools, reporting, and routines to increase transparency, speed, and execution discipline.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in portfolio, program, project management, transformation, PMO, or similar roles.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities, risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
- Strong planning, execution, accountability, follow-through, judgment, ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, PowerPoint, presentation, and status-reporting skills.
- Ability to turn incomplete information into clear plans, recommendations, and next steps.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and establish effective operating rhythms across business, product, technology, automation, and governance partners.
- Experience with automation, AI-enabled, digital product, finance, or accounting transformation is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
