This role is a mid-level materials planning position focused on production support, material flow, scheduling, and supplier coordination.Posting Information

Position offers a starting hourly wage range of $27.88 to $36.06 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Plan and manage the flow of materials from receiving and warehouse operations to production.
- Develop and maintain raw material and production schedules to support manufacturing requirements.
- Manage supplier lead times and delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to align material availability with production demands.
Knowledge You Should Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in material planning, inventory control, production scheduling, logistics, purchasing, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support; OR three (3) years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience using an ERP/MRP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar) to support material planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to analyze inventory levels, material shortages, supplier delivery performance, and production requirements to support manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business systems used for planning, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Supplier teams.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have (Preferred Qualifications)
- Two or more years of experience in material planning, production scheduling, inventory control, or manufacturing operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing, supplier scheduling, and production planning processes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve material shortages, supplier constraints, and production disruptions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
- Experience developing reports, analyzing data trends, and providing recommendations to improve material flow and inventory performance.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, or business outcomes
