Construction Office Manager | Monsey, NY · $120K–$150K
About the Role:
A construction company in Monsey is hiring an Office Manager to run the business side of its projects, from estimating and purchasing through subcontractor sourcing and billing. This role leads the estimating team, controls what gets bought for each job, and serves as the communication link between the general contractor, the field, and the office. It's a full-time, high-accountability position for someone who keeps projects moving and the numbers clean.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Purchasing
- Manage and lead the estimating team
- Oversee purchasing of materials and equipment for each project
- Oversee sourcing of the subcontractors each project needs
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the main point of communication between the general contractor and all other parties
- Oversee all communication between the field team and the office
- Manage all administrative operations supporting projects
Billing
- Oversee all project billing
- Manage AIA billing
- Oversee union billing
Qualifications
- Able to lead an estimating team and manage purchasing across multiple projects
- Comfortable handling AIA and union billing
- Strong communicator who can coordinate between field, office, and general contractor
- Available full-time in Monsey, NY
