As a Treasury Management Professional (TMP), you will serve as a senior treasury expert responsible for business development, consultative sales, client support, and treasury solution implementation.
This highly visible role partners with commercial clients, Treasury Management Officers, lenders, and internal teams to identify opportunities, deliver customized treasury solutions, and strengthen client relationships. The TMP serves as the team's subject matter expert on treasury products, payment technologies, and industry trends while providing mentorship, technical support, and guidance to Treasury Management Specialists.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the Bank's subject matter expert on treasury management products, services, payment technologies, and industry trends.
- Develop and manage treasury relationships with commercial clients, prospects, and internal business partners.
- Identify, market, sell, and cross-sell treasury management solutions and commercial deposit products.
- Conduct treasury needs analyses and recommend customized cash management, liquidity, payment, and fraud mitigation solutions.
- Prepare and deliver treasury presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative client recommendations.
- Analyze account, transaction, and portfolio data to identify growth, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with Treasury Management Officers, lenders, and branch teams to support business development and relationship growth.
- Lead treasury onboarding, implementation, and resolution of complex customer service and technical issues.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Review treasury documentation and implementation activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless customer experience.
- Mentor and train Treasury Management Specialists on treasury products, technology platforms, sales strategies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor emerging payment technologies, fintech developments, and market trends to support innovation and product enhancement.
- Assist with treasury reporting, audits, risk assessments, conversions, and special projects.
- Support operational oversight functions, including reconciliations, exception resolution, service fee reviews, and cash logistics processes.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of treasury management or commercial banking experience.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated expertise in treasury management products, services, and payment technology (e.g., ACH, wire transfer, positive pay, remote deposit capture, merchant services).
- Advanced analytical and financial/cash-flow modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ability to pull, analyze, and interpret client, account, and product data from core banking, reporting, or CRM systems to identify and support marketing and cross-sell opportunities for treasury management products.
- Strong, demonstrated comfort with technology, including treasury/cash management platforms and online banking systems, with the ability to quickly learn and champion new tools.
- Forward-thinking approach to identifying industry trends, emerging payment technology, and competitive positioning.
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and develop less experienced treasury management staff.
