Description
The role
The HitPay CFO Stack launched in September 2026, and you'll be one of the first people selling it. Your job is to win businesses that want to run their receivables and payables on HitPay — and to help us shape how this product line is sold.
You'll sell to finance owners, not just business owners: founders who still do the books, finance managers, controllers and CFOs at growing SMBs and mid-market companies. Deals are more consultative than a typical payments sale. You'll map how cash comes in and goes out of a business, find where manual work and reconciliation pain sit, and show how HitPay removes it.
You'll work with two kinds of prospects: existing HitPay acceptance partners ready to expand onto the CFO Stack, and new businesses — especially B2B, wholesale and distribution — coming to HitPay for the first time through these products.
What you'll sell
- Virtual Accounts (Collection Accounts): own-name account details for collecting invoice and B2B receivables, with real-time SGD via FAST and PayNow, international receipts via SWIFT across 12 currencies, and automatic reconciliation into the HitPay Wallet
- BillPay: paying supplier invoices from the HitPay dashboard, with scheduling, multi-currency payouts and a full audit trail
- Upcoming modules: [payroll and expense management, as they launch]
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle for CFO Stack in Singapore, from prospecting through to close and go-live
- Partner with the Payments AEs and Account Managers to find and convert expansion opportunities in our existing base
- Build outbound pipeline in high-fit segments such as wholesale and distribution, import/export, professional services, and businesses with heavy B2B invoicing or overseas suppliers
- Run finance-workflow discovery: how a business invoices, collects, reconciles, pays suppliers and manages FX today — and what that costs them in time and money
- Build clear business cases (time saved on reconciliation, FX and bank fees, faster collections) and present them to owners and finance leaders
- Work closely with Product during launch: bring back structured feedback, flag gaps that block deals, and help prioritise the roadmap
- Help write the playbook — ideal customer profile, discovery questions, objection handling, pricing approach and sales collateral — as an early member of the team
- Coordinate with Compliance and Onboarding to get partners through KYB and activated smoothly
What you'll bring
- [3–6] years of B2B sales experience, with meaningful time selling to finance buyers — for example in fintech, business banking, cash management, spend management, AP/AR automation or accounting software
- Solid understanding of SME finance operations: invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, FX and cross-border transfers
- A consultative style — you lead with questions, and you're credible with a CFO or finance manager
- Experience selling a new or early-stage product, and comfort with ambiguity, changing collateral and evolving pricing
- Strong written skills for proposals and business cases
- Familiarity with Singapore's banking rails (FAST, PayNow, GIRO) and accounting tools such as Xero is a plus
- Clear, confident communication in English; [regional language] is a plus
How we'll measure success
- New CFO Stack partners signed and activated (first collection received or first bill paid)
- Volume flowing through Virtual Accounts and BillPay, and revenue from it
- Share of existing acceptance partners converted to CFO Stack in your book
- Quality and usefulness of product feedback and playbook contributions during launch
