What You'll Do

Responsibilities will vary depending on each client's needs and may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and daily routines

• Preparing meals and providing assistance with eating when needed

• Offering companionship, conversation, and engaging activities

• Helping clients maintain a comfortable and safe home environment

• Supporting clients with everyday activities while promoting independence

Flexible Scheduling Opportunities

We offer a variety of assignments to accommodate different availability and scheduling needs, including:

• Morning and afternoon shifts

• Evening and overnight shifts

• Weekday and weekend opportunities

• Part-time and full-time positions

• Extended shifts and select live-in assignments

• Ongoing client placements and temporary coverage

Available hours vary by client. Specific schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay and Employee Benefits

• Regular caregiver pay: $15–$17 per hour

• Select specialty assignments paying up to $22.50 per hour

• Next-day pay options

Pay depends on the assignment, client needs, and applicable requirements. Benefit eligibility may vary.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old

• Dependable, patient, respectful, and compassionate

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Able to communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff

• Willing to complete required background screening and TB testing

• Able to provide reliable transportation when needed

For assignments involving client transportation, a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and auto insurance are required.

No previous caregiving experience is required for eligible entry-level assignments. Experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, home health aide, CNA, or direct care worker is welcome.
