Description
You’ll design and deploy autonomous systems, iterate with lawyers and operators, and work across the portfolio and AI platform on multi-agent orchestration, evals, integrations, and agentic security.
More specifically, you'll work on:
-
A national graph of properties, deeds, conveyances, mortgages, and debts. Build multi-agent systems that ingest documents, classify transactions, and connect ownership and obligations in real time. Every transaction will add to what the system knows.
-
Building systems that trace a property’s history, reason through evidence, and help attorneys produce opinions they’ll put their names on. The work spans extraction, legal reasoning, evals, and the product attorneys use.
-
Building agents that coordinate closings, mortgages, docs, and money so we're always tracking what’s ready, what’s missing, and what happens next. Guard against fraud and rethink the homebuying experience for buyers and sellers in a true consumer experience.
- 0 - 10 years of experience as a product engineer or founder; years are guidance, not a cutoff, and exceptional new graduates and more experienced engineers are welcome
- Strong engineering judgment, hands-on use of AI, and the ability to translate complex reality into elegant software abstractions and reliable systems
- Desire to own both the product and its deployment: work directly with attorneys and closing teams, decide what to build, and own the result
-
Experience as an early engineer or technical founder at an early-stage startup, or as an engineer at larger companies known for strong engineering culture
-
Experience with applied AI, agents, distributed systems, or data-intensive products
