Trek has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our Global Shared Services team. This person is responsible for performing the day-to-day AP operations. Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities
· 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable processing/cash application/accounting experience.
· Process and validate vendor invoices, including PO and non-PO invoices.
· Perform two/three-way matching in tool for purchase order-based invoices.
· Ensure accurate invoice coding and allocation for business approval workflows.
· Prepare and support vendor payment runs.
· Manage new vendor creation and maintenance.
· Review and reconcile supplier statements with company records.
· Monitor and manage AP helpdesk mailboxes and invoice workflow queues.
· Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions and supplier inquiries.
· Support AP automation initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
· Maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls.
· Administer SAP Concur platform and global corporate card programs.
· Manage Concur user account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
· Review and process employee expense reports and cash reimbursements.
· Validate receipts, expense coding, tax treatment, and policy compliance.
· Administer physical, virtual, ghost, and international corporate cards.
· Coordinate card orders, replacements, cancellations, and account changes on portal.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Concur-related enquiries and support tickets.
· Deliver employee training and guidance on Concur and expense policies.
· Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
· Reconcile corporate cards, expense reimbursement, and bank transactions.
· Prepare and distribute payroll, accounting, and employee expense reports.
· Support month-end close activities, accruals, and reporting requirements.
· Perform daily bank uploads and transaction reconciliations.
· Research and resolve payment, credit card, wire transfer and cash application exceptions.
· Assist with wholesale bank reconciliations and receipt allocations.
· Maintain accurate employee, vendor and cardholder master data across systems.
· Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR, Procurement and business stakeholders globally.
· Align Concur cardholder information with JD Edwards and Workday records.
· Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Perform additional shared services and finance-related responsibilities as assigned.
· Document and establish SOPs for all process activities at the operational level.
