Description
Salesforce Functional Consultants (PM / BA Crossover)
Location: Johannesburg or Pretoria (Hybrid, ~3 days/week in office)
Remuneration: R60,000 – R100,000 per month (depending on experience)
What Is in It for You
If you are tired of being boxed into a narrow functional role where people say "that is not my job," this post gives you full ownership across the delivery lifecycle. You will blend functional consulting, business analysis, and project management to shape solutions from concept to completion.
Career growth here is clear and flexible. You can advance into Senior Solutions Architecture, move up the consulting ladder, or pivot into technical development if that is where your interest lies. You also get formal support for vendor certifications, structured learning programs, company-backed health and retirement benefits, and performance bonuses.
What You Will Be Doing
- Translating business requirements into working Salesforce designs while managing delivery timelines and client expectations.
- Driving projects forward with a pragmatic consulting mindset, knowing when a feature is truly complete and fit for purpose.
- Utilising modern AI tools in your daily workflow to research, draft documentation, and solve problems at an accelerated pace.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of Salesforce Functional Consulting or similar experience.
- Solid experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Health Cloud, or Communications Cloud (transferable industry cloud expertise is welcome).
- Strong logical problem-solving skills and a comfortable relationship with cross-functional project work.
- A practical, adaptable work style that thrives on taking initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
If this sounds like you, lets speak!
